When should I arrive?

November 28th between 3pm-8pm for registration and check-in at the Cafeteria

What is the per person cost of the convention?

Good news! Our pricing has stayed the same with no increase for 2018!

Member Rates

*Note: Early bird rate prior to November 1

Adult (9+ years old) Rate $140*/$170
Child (4 to 8 years old) Rate $95*/$125
Child (0 to 3 years old) Rate No charge
AACP Collegiate Summer Camp Staff Rate $90pp  (Includes Friday supper thru Sunday lunch.)

 

Non-member Rates

*Note: Early bird rate prior to November 1

Adult (9+ years old) Rate $340*/$370
Child (4 to 8 years old) Rate $115*/$145
Child (0 to 3 years old) Rate No charge

 

*Early rates are applicable for those who complete registration by November 1, 2018.  

Where is the closest airport?

  • Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) -  30 minutes
  • Jacksonville International  (JAX) - 1.5-1.75 hours
  • Orlando International Airport (MCO) - 2.5 hours

The travel time for the following airports vary greatly, depending on traffic, car chases, general Florida craziness, etc. The times indicated below are based on an average commute around noontime.
